You can calculate kilowatt from watt-hour and hours, but you can't convert watt-hour to kilowatt units, since watt-hour and kilowatt units represent different quantities.

The power *P* in kilowatts (kW) is equal to the energy *E* in
watt-hour (Wh), divided by
1000 times the time period *t* in hours (h):

So

kilowatts = watt-hour / (1000 × hours)

or

kW = Wh / (1000 × h)
